Wow!! I feel that I am a connoisseur when it comes to Lemon Drizzle cake, as I have tried loads over the years!! Remi Bakery’s cake takes top plaudits!! The mix of the sweet and the sharpness of the lemon was just perfection!! AND the size of it!! For a normal person it would probably last a while….I am intending finishing it over the weekend.
