We are a mother and daughter owned business, baking all sorts of delicious things, from cakes and cookies to sourdough bread. Based in West Lothian, we are in a central area accessible to most and want to share all we can with those who, like us, enjoy a little something sweet with their tea and coffee.

I have been baking cakes since I was 11 years old and beyond a hobby, it has become an expression of love. I enjoy experimenting with new flavours and developing new recipes. Opening remi bakery is a dream come true - a chance to turn my passion into something I can share with others. I believe that the best cakes are made with a little heart and a lot of love, and I'm so excited to be part of your sweetest moments.

Growing up I have always been in the kitchen cooking and baking. The thing that makes me happiest is when I have the opportunity to cook and bake for those I love, bringing a smile to their faces through my creations. I studied Japanese at The University of Edinburgh, and I have a real interest in Asian flavours - especially matcha!
